RAYA Gopuram
RAYA GOPURAM This place is more papular for Photoshoots in Mahabalipuram. There is a hill in mahablipuram, It is papular for trekking spend time with family 👪 Rayar Gopuram is the 2nd monument after Ganesha Ratha located in the Hill. Rayar gopuram is located in middle part of the Hill. Rayar Gopuram is an unfinished tower. Had it been constructed completely, it would have been a magnificent structure. Rayar Gopuram has two pillars in the middle. Both the pillars have the image of a lady standing on top of Yazhi, the mythological animal. The above panel of both the pillars have the images of Devsavatar. Apart from these pillars, there are two pairs of pilastars in the frot of the tower and two similar pairs of pilastars in the back side.
